The Numbers Lotto Draw held on 22nd May 2017 were 5-16-3-25 Bonus 21. There was no Jackpot winner and the €20 winners were John Mc Cabe,C/O Martin Brady,Latton Bowls Club,Kenny Ross C/O Mc Donnells Bar,Gertie C/O Martin Brady,Gerry Mc Mahon,Anney.

U8 & U10’s
Good luck to our U8’s in their Blitz in Cloghan on Saturday .Thanks to the Monaghan GAA representatives who came along to training on a dismal evening last Thursday the boys and girls really enjoyed it.
U12’s
We have a home fixture tonight Thursday 25th May against Oram at 7.30.
14’S
Our U14’s had an away fixture on 18th May against Emyvale . They scored well but went down to a Strong table Topping Emyvale side.
U16’s
Next up is away fixture tonight Thursday 25th May v Monaghan Harps at 7.30.
Reserve Football Championship
A busy week for Reserves . On Wednesday a very understrength side travelled to Donaghmoyne . They had a strong 1st half and were unlucky not to be further ahead at half time . Donaghmoyne were stronger in the second half with final score of Latton 1-11 – Donaghmoyne 2-16.
Our 2nd Fixture was Latton V Monaghan Harps Reserve League Friday 19th May 2017 Latton’s home fixture on Friday 19th was their 3rd Reserve Game in 6 Days. They got off to a flying start with a quick Darren quinn Goal which was followed up by a Marc Duffy Point, Monaghan Harps hit back with 3 quick points and Dillon Quinn kicked over to leave 2 between them. For the Second time Darren Quinn found the net followed by by a quick Latton point. Monaghan harps took the next 3 scores with 3 points lea…ving the score 2-03 to 0-06.conor Lynch hit Latton’s last point of the first half with the Harps finishing the scoring to leave the half time score Latton 2-04 to Monaghn Harps 0-07. The 2nd half seen Monghan Harps off the mark first followed by a Marc Duffy Free. Monaghan Harps hit over again and was followed up by a Paul Fitzpatrick point. The game was then sealed when Darren Quinn found the net for his hatrick followed quickly by a Damien Duffy Point.Paul Fitzpatrick hit another point followed up by 3 Harps points to leave the final score Latton 3-09 to Monaghan Harps 0-12.
The Reserves play the Semi Final of RFC on Wednesday 31st May in Scotstown at 8.00 pm against the home side.
Monaghan County Team
Well done to both Minor & Senior Squads on progressing to the Ulster Quarter Finals with meetings against Cavan Awaiting . We would like to Congratulate Owen Duffy who came on in the 2nf Half and had an Man OF The Match winning performance and turned the game in Monaghan’s Favour . Kieran Duffy also made his appearance in the second half and had a good run out.

Jack Conlan & Emily Coyle Memorial Tournament
This takes place on Sunday 28th May at 2.00pm .
The Emily Coyle Memorial Tournament features teams from Latton,Clones,Drumhowan & Kill and is an U14 Tournament.
The Jack Conlan Memorial Tournament features teams from Latton,Aughnamullen , Donaghmoyne & Rockcorry and is an U10 Tournament.
We are delighted as always to host this event for the Coyke & Conlan Families . This has become a special part of our GAA year and all are invited to come along and watch some good football and to join the families in the GAA Centre afterwards for Medal presentations and serving of Refreshments.
Condolences
Sympathy is expressed to the McCaul family of the death of Francis McCaul in London,to the Mc Phillips family on the passing of Roseann McPhillips in the UK. Sympathy is also expressed to Bernie Farrelly on the death of her father Thomas Leonard Crossmolina and to the Coyle family on the passibg of Theresa Coyle ,Corhelshinagh ,
