Lotto Results.
The Numbers Lotto Draw held on 15th May 2017 were 3-12-21-26 Bonus 17. There was no Jackpot winner and the €20 winners were Bobby Sullivan,Latton,Maragaret Mc Gill C/O Kate Lynch,Kevin Sullivan,Anveyerg,Duffy Family,Corravaken,Ann Sullivan , Latton.

U8 & U10’s
Well done to all our Boys & Girls who travelled to Emyvale last Saturday fir their Blitz-Great performances by all !!!

They travelled to Inniskeen last Saturday Morning and brilliant display seen the win out 6-11 to 2-08.
Next up is home fixture on Thursday 25th May against Oram at 7.30.
Our U14’s have an away fixture this evening 18th May against Emyvale at 7.30pm.
Latton had home fixture last Thursday evening against Castleblayney. A very sporting and competitive game in which there were some outstanding individual performances seen Latton run out winners 1-20 to Castleblayney’s 5-05.Next up is away fixture on Thursday 25th May v Monaghan Harps.
We played away v Monaghan Harps on Tuesday 9th May . They were up against it after some early goals were conceded and were defeated on scoreline of Latton 4-11 – Monaghan Harps 8-11.
Reserve Football Championship
The Reserves played in RFV O’Duffy Cup Quarter Final at Home last Sunday v Clontibret. A very competitive game of Football seen latton run out winners on Scoreline of Latton 1-10 – Clontibret 0-11. A busy week with two League fixtures the first Last night away v Donaghmoyne and on Friday 19th they play at home v Monaghan Harps at 8.00pm.

Prizes galore on the night including, Best Jiving Couple, Best Dressed Cowboy and Best Dressed Cowgirl.Sunday,28th May, sees a very full day of events, commencing with 10am Mass in St. Patricks Church,Bawn,A Mass of Thanksgiving and Remembrance for all who played and supported Gaelic games in the parish in the past 100 years, during the Mass,”LATTON CENTENARY FLAGS” will be blessed, which are to be placed on the graves of all departed persons across the world, who played Gaelic games or were associated with Latton O’Rahilly G.A.A.over the past 100 years, the flags will be available to all on Sunday 28th May, following the blessing, each person or family must be registered on the day, with all who have a family member or friend, associated with the club, please arrange to register the person and have a “LATTON CENTENARY FLAG “placed on their grave, where ever they are buried, in Ireland or abroad. At the end of Mass, Club Chairman, Patrick Hamilton,wil place a “LATTON CENTENARY FLAG”on the grave of Bawns/Lattons/Monaghans and Ulsters greatest players,the Late Vincent O’Duffy and his father,former Monaghan GAA Chairman/Secretary/Referee and Administrator,Frank O’Duffy,as all families commemorate and place flags on the resting place of their departed Gaels in St.Patricks Cemetary,Bawn,at 6.30pm on Sunday evening,28th May,at St.Marys Cemetary,Latton,Prayers will be led by Fr.Tom Quigley P.P. and FR.Gerry White families are invited to attend,place”LATTON CENTENARY FLAGS”on the graves of deceased gaels resting in the Latton Cemetary.The Emily Coyle and Jack Conlan Memorial Perpetual Tournament Finals take place at the O’Rahilly GAA Pitchs at 2pm on Sunday 28th May,full details later.At 7.30pm on the evening of Sunday,28th May,”The Centenary Stone”will be unveiled by Ruth Sweatman,a grand daughter of The O’Rahilly,National and Club Patriot,with Tree Planting to be preformed by Uachtaran,C.L.G.,Aoghan O’Fearghaill.The O’Rahilly GAA Centre will host “Brendan McCourt Live”from 8pm,with the presentation of “Centenary Player/Service Certificates”to those who played with the Club in the historic decades of the 1980s and 1990s,all who played or were associated with the club during the 1980s and 1990s are invited to attend for presentation Service Award.
